Built on the same ergonomically improved design as the 055XPROB, but without the horizontal center column feature, the 055XB is lighter in weight and slightly more compact. The ergonomics of the leg angle release mechanism and the quick action leg locks themselves have also been greatly improved. The leg angle presets allow the camera to reach all intermediate heights from min-max extension.
