The iEQ30 comes standard on a 1.5" stainless steel tripod, has a built in GPS, and has a calibrated dark field illumination polar scope. The iEQ30 offers premium performance in an easy-to-transport package.
The iEQ30 features a compact, sturdy, and portable German Equatorial mount that has the highest Payload/Mount ratie (2.0) in category. The iEQ30 has the capability of reverse guiding with autoprotection with its ST-4 autoguiding port. There is also a permanent periodic error correction and the iEQ30 has an ultra-accurate tracking with temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO). The Payload on the iEQ30 is approximately 31 lbs and the mount weight is 15 lbs. There is a built-in 32-channel GPS and a controller with Advanced GoToNOVA technology including a heating mechanism for working at low temperatures down to negative 20 degrees Celsius.
