PrimaLuceLab PLUS Vixen Dovetail Plate - 140 mm
Measuring 140 mm or 5.512" in length, this PrimaLuceLab Vixen-style dovetail plate enables telescope OTA to mount attachment provided the mount is Vixen compatible. This dovetail makes an excellent addition to telescope systems with mounts that feature a Vixen plate, such as the Sky-Watcher EQ5, HEQ5, or EQ5.
As with other PrimaLuce PLUS series products, this Vixen dovetail plate consists of CNC machined aluminum block construction that has been sandblasted and anodized for a smooth surface and oxidation prevention.
The design of this Vixen plate means that you can easily install components such as support rings, guide rings, and dovetail clamps. The plate can be positioned below the support rings to aid in installing the telescope on the mount. It can also be installed above the support rings. Installing it above the rings means that you can attach other accessories such as guide rings. You can also use 2 dovetail clamps (not included) and the plate to create a side-by-side plate, allowing you to install two parallel telescopes on a mount with a single Vixen plate.
