Starizona Hyperstar (V4) for Celestron C14 EdgeHD

  • Version 4 of the Starizona Hyperstar 14" features an updated design, improved optical performance, and support for sensors up to 43 mm (full-frame).
  • Starizona HyperStar C14 was designed for the Celestron 14" Edge HD telescopes
  • This lens assembly works on a variety of cameras but please note different cameras require different adapters - choose your camera from the drop-down above and the proper adapter will be included in your order
  • For safe storage of the secondary mirror while imaging, a holder is included
  • HyperStar Lens System enables your telescope to function at a focal ratio of f/2, much faster than the standard f/10 focal ratio
  • A CCD Camera can be mounted on the front of your telescope when you mount the HyperStar lens assembly in place of the secondary mirror
  • Allows wider field of view and much faster imaging with the use of HyperStar

This newest version (4) of the HyperStar C14 by Starizona was designed for Celestron 14" EdgeHD telescopes. This system enables tremendously fast, wide field CCD imaging. HyperStar can be used with cameras including Canon DLSR's and SBIG ST-series, Orion, and Starlight Xpress, and the popular StellaCam video system from Astrovid. Turn your telescope into a f/2 imaging system by replacing the secondary mirror on Fastar-compatible 14" SCT's with the HyperStar Lens System.
