Please Note: This Photoshop tutorial is for the CS2 version, which was in its heyday a little over a decade ago. If you have a newer version of PhotoShop you have access to tools that were not available way back when, and of course Photoshop Foundations will not cover them. If you want to stay with PhotoShop for the processing of your astro-images this tutorial will be a big help, but Warren Keller does recommend that everyone take a look at PixInSight, which was developed specifically for the processing of celestial images.
