This Tele Vue 2" to 1.25" Satin HiHat Adapter is similar to their original HiHat Adapter, except that it has a beautiful satin black exterior finish which will complement any of your telescope eyepieces or accessories. The 2" to 1.25" Adapters Allows use of 1.25" eyepieces in any 2" focuser or diagonal. It is specially designed with a high rise head to keep Tele Vue Barlows away from the diagonal mirror. A heavy solid bronze version called the "Equalizer" is also available. This adds 12 ounces to help equalize the weight when switching from heavy 2" eyepieces to light 1.25" eyepieces. Both models now feature a brass compression clamp ring for secure, no-mar locking. Has satin black exterior finish.
