PrimaLuceLab 140mm PLUS Losmandy Plate
The 140 mm PrimaLuceLab dovetail plate is designed to install telescopes and cameras on mounts that have a Losmandy style clamp. This Losmandy dovetail plate is perfect for compact telescopes, such as refractors up to 100 mm in diameter. It also comes with additional threaded holes for connection to other PrimaLuceLab PLUS mechanical components like rings, guide rings, dovetail clamps, and the EAGLE control unit.
This PrimaLuceLab dovetail plate measures 5.5" (140 mm) in length and is CNC machined out of an aluminum block. The dovetail plate is also red anodized to increase the rigidity of the Losmandy style plate and to protect from oxidation.
You can use this PLUS dovetail plate in several different configurations. They are as follows:
- Below telescope support rings to connect to a Losmandy style mount
- Above the telescope support rings to increase the rigidity of the set up and attach other PLUS accessories
- Used to create a side-by-side system with two PLUS dovetail clamps (not included)
