International Terms & Conditions

Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:30pm EST Mon thru Fri, typically ship within 48 hours. Should any item on your order be unavailable or ineligible for international purchase, your order will automatically be canceled. You will be notified via email to place a new order at your convenience for the in stock, eligible items. All orders will ship signature required.

Multiple Items On An Order
To avoid higher than normal shipping and duty fees, orders containing two or more items stored in different warehouses will be consolidated at one location prior to shipping. Therefore, your order may be delayed. We will notify you via email if your order will be delayed.

Shipping Services
International Orders are not eligible for free shipping. Free shipping is only available to the lower 48 states. Most orders will ship via FedEx International Economy or International Priority. We currently do not ship to Afghanistan, Congo, Cuba, Guam, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Palestine, Russia, Saint Maarten, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, and Ukraine. Merchandise shipped outside the US is not eligible for price match, or manufacturer rebates.

Return/Refused/Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, High Point Scientific reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee.

Item Not As Described
Should you believe you received a product that does not meet the description, our team is available to assist via email (or chat). Images or video of product/packaging will be required. In order to receive a full refund you must return the product in its original packaging with original accessory, manuals/documentation and warranty cards. High Point Scientific is not responsible for changes to product pages descriptions, manufacturer included accessories or software version updates.

Warranty
Most products purchased from High Point Scientific contain US based warranties only. Local distributors/retailers in your region may not recognize your product as being warrantable. Should you require warranty service you will be responsible for all shipping fees, customs fees and associated taxes to ship your product directly to the US manufacturer warranty center.

Pricing
We strive to keep web pricing current. All orders are contingent upon review by the sales staff to insure accurate product pricing and availability. We will contact the purchaser regrading any order with pricing discrepancies, or availability issues.

All pricing is subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, High Point Scientific reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and website pricing and other extenuating circumstances.

Return Policy
Here at High Point we want you to shop with confidence which is why all orders have a 30 day return window which starts when you take delivery of your gear. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA Number). Without an RMA, packages will be refused.

Original packaging is critical when assessing returns. As a result, High Point does not accept returns without the original factory packaging. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: outside shipping boxes, internal beauty boxes, foam, bubble wrap, or padding.

  • All return shipping costs, customs/duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A full product refund will be issued if the product is in unopened condition with all factory seals intact, minus the cost of shipping, duties and taxes.
  • A minimum restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on all orders that are not in factory sealed condition.
  • A larger restocking fee will be assessed if the return is missing any original accessory, manuals/documentation.
  • No returns will be accepted if the original product is missing warranty cards, or modified beyond original manufacturer specifications.
  • Items that are not eligible for return are: Custom Products, Books & Software, Maps, Solar Film, Solar Film Filters, and Paper Solar Shades

Improper Returns
