How Much Is Shipping To My Location
You can find the cost of shipping to your location by simply adding the product or products of interest to your shopping cart. Before moving into the checkout details page you will find an option to Estimate Shipping & Tax on the right hand side of the page. All you have to do to receive a shipping quote is enter your State and Zip Code and you will be presented with a number of shipping options and their costs.
Missing Shipments, Parts or Damaged In Shipment
We offer free lifetime technical support on most items purchased from High Point Scientific. We will work with you to resolve any issues with your purchase. If you receive an order and one or more parts are either damaged or missing from the manufacturers packaging please reach out to us using the form below.
In the subject drop down select “All Other Inquiries.” In the comments section please provide us with your order number and a thorough description of the damaged or missing part. Failure to provide a detailed description will potentially result in delays in resolving your issue.
After you submit the contact form you will receive an email with your support ticket number. From that point, simply reply back to the confirmation email and provide as many pictures as possible to show the damage and/or where the missing part should have been. Once received, our manufacturer support team will respond to acknowledge receipt of your message and include any additional questions they may have.
While we work to provide a resolution in a timely fashion, we may require responses from the manufacturer of the product or products you purchased. This may increase the time it takes to resolve your situation. If you need to call us after you submit your request via email, be sure to have the ticket ID from your email submission ready.
Charging Your Credit Card
When an order is placed with High Point Scientific, our credit card processor pre-authorizes the transaction amount on your card, but your credit card isn’t actually charged until we are ready to ship your order. Please note that while the pre-authorization will show up on your credit card statement, the actual charge isn’t executed until the order is ready to ship.
How Long Until My Order Ships
Typically, orders placed by 1:30 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day, as long as the items you ordered are in stock. Orders placed on the weekend, on holidays, or after 1:30 PM EST will typically ship the next business day. However, there are instances when shipping delays may occur, including payment verification requests or customer service questions about your shipping preferences for orders that are partially in stock.
Additionally, you may experience a delay due to increased demands caused by COVID-19 stay at home orders across the country. Please know our team will still continue to make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.

Pay Using Multiple Credit Cards / Payment Methods
We work to accommodate our customers and can accommodate multiple forms payment for a single order. This is a manual process and requires you to call our customer service team at 800.266.9590.
Return An Order
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. In order to start this process, please use the following link to submit your RMA request.
In the subject dropdown menu select “Returns” and provide us with your order number and the reason that you would like to return your order. From there our team will either contact you with additional questions about the return or begin the process by issuing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will be sent via email.

Adding To Your Order
We cannot add products to existing orders. A new order must be placed for any additional items you would like to purchase. When you place an order your credit card is pre-authorized for the exact amount of your original order. We cannot go back to the credit card entity and request a larger authorization after the order is placed. We can remove items from an order but are prohibited from adding items to an existing order.
