Askar 0.75x Reducer for 91F
Supercharge Your Askar 91F Experience!
Wanting to widen the field of view of your Askar 91F? You’re in luck, Askar has just the solution! This 0.75x Askar 91F Reducer shortens the focal length of your telescope, allowing you to capture wider, more expansive scenes of the night sky. Additionally, this reducer speeds up the time it takes to collect photons for brighter, more detailed images!
With this reducer attached, the native 609 mm focal length is reduced to 456.7 mm. This broader scope of vision allows you to fill the frame with larger celestial objects that otherwise wouldn’t have fit within a singular shot! Helping you enjoy these expanded imaging opportunities for years to come, this precision-machined accessory is built to last. The three internal lenses deliver stunning detail and pinpoint stars across the entire 44 mm image circle, while the sleek, CNC machined body ensures exceptional durability and peak performance. Weighing only 0.66 lbs. (0.3 kg), the Askar 91F 0.75x Reducer adds very little bulk to your setup.
Get the Most Out of Your Askar 91F

A High Quality Triplet Reducer
Triplet in design, this 0.75x reducer upholds the incredible sharpness of the Askar 91F refractor. These three lens elements correct the incoming light with high precision for crisp, detailed images. Additionally, take advantage of your scope’s entire field of view with the rated 44 mm image circle. Enjoy sharp stars from corner to corner even with some of today’s largest sensors. The native f/6.7 focal ratio is brought down to a speedier f/5 with this reducer attached, enabling faster completion of imaging projects.
How to Connect Your Reducer
Within the package of your Askar 91F refractor, you should have received a multi-piece photographic adapter. On this adapter, remove the M64-M64 portion (labeled “A” in this diagram), leaving behind the M64 to M48 portion (labeled “B” in this diagram). Next, remove the caps on the reducer, and screw in the “B” portion of the photographic adapter to the side of the reducer with the wider threads. Finally, screw the reducer into the Askar 91F, and you’re all ready to image!
