Please keep in mind that this T-Ring is suitable for use with Canon EOS M-Mount mirrorless cameras only and will not work with Canon EOS-RF or EOS-EF camera models unless you use an M-Mount conversion adapter from Canon.

In order to begin capturing photos through a telescope or spotting scope, one of the most basic accessories you'll need is a T-Ring. This particular Celestron T-Ring is for those who using a Canon EOS M-Mount mirrorless series camera.

How to Use

Use of this T-Ring requires that it be fixed to your Canon M-Mount mirrorless camera. Simply line up the T-Ring to the lens mount on your camera as if you were changing lenses. Push it I and turn until you hear a click. A sturdy bayonet flange ensures secure attachment. As soon as you’ve established your T-Ring to camera connection, you can go ahead and link up your telescope. On this T-Ring’s telescope side, you’ll find threads suitable for accepting the Celestron T-Adapter, as well as several other camera adapters. The type of photography you’ll be undertaking will determine the specific adapter needed.

Body

42 mm Canon M-Mount T-Ring consisting of machined and black anodized aluminum construction. They feature blackened and glare-threaded interior surfaces for maximum contrast. A ribbed surface provides a sure grip for threading or unthreading. With 42 mm threads, the Canon M-Mount T-Ring will fit any T-Thread (M42x0.75) camera adapter.

Terrestrial and Celestial Imaging
