Explore Scientific 2" UHC Nebula Filter
The Explore Scientific UHC is an ultra high contrast 2" narrowband filter designed for observing a broad range of nebulae. The bandpass is tighter than the CLS Nebula Filter, thereby blocking even more light from artificial lights and airglow, creating more contrast between the background sky and celestial objects.
The Explore Scientific 2" UHC Filter has a transmission of 96.7% from 458nm to 508nm. Peak transmission is 488nm. This filter is mounted in a 2" metal cell and fits all standard 2" eyepieces and filter wheels.
