Designed for convenience, the rugged Tritech II-M Pro features a hidden fold-out mini tripod stored inside the monopod tube. When deployed, this mini tripod provides extra stability as needed. Without an attached spotting scope or other instrument, the monopod can stand upright on its own, temporarily freeing your hands. However, for safety, always keep a hand on the monopod when an optical instrument is attached. Built from high-strength aluminum, the Orion Tritech II-M Pro Monopod delivers reliable stability. It extends up to 64.25" (or 65.6" with the fold-out tripod deployed) and collapses to just 23.5" for easy transport and storage. Quick-release clamping leg locks make height adjustments fast and effortless, while the widest monopod section—measuring 1.4" (34.6mm) in diameter—features a comfortable foam grip and wrist strap.

The fold-out mini tripod stand provides a sturdy 19-3/4" diameter footprint.
