Adding an electronic focuser to your Celestron CPC or HD telescope makes focusing a breeze! The Rigel nFOCUS Controller & 12V DC Focuser Motor Kit will bring your focuser to the next level with precise, easy movements. This means less time fiddling with your focus and more time stargazing!
This accessory upgrade works by replacing the focusing knob of your telescope, it rotates the focusing shaft in a precise fashion for the sharpest focus. Fitted with focusing buttons, this nFOCUS controller allows the user to select a wide range of speeds to focus their telescope. You also have the option to add an additional accessory, the Rigel USB Computer Interface for nFOCUS (not included), to add software control to your focuser!

Utilizing a gear kit to rotate the focusing shaft, this Rigel nFOCUS easily affixes to your telescope. Rigel has designed this focuser motor kit to fit Celestron CPC and HD OTAs. With successful installation on over 100 variants of telescopes, the bracket kits are semi-custom.
High Precision Focusing
The compact design of the nFOCUS controller easily fits in the palm of your hand, and is equipped with two buttons that rotate the focusing shaft in opposite directions. Pressing one button down engages low speed mode, while holding both buttons down activates high speed mode. Furnished with an adjustable pulse width modulated (PWM) drive, rotate the knobs at the top of the controller to change the low speed focusing rate to dial in your focus. This allows you to change your focus step by step and assists in finding the perfect focus. Unlike other focus motor controllers, the nFOCUS supplies the motor with full 12V short duration pulses for sufficient power while focusing at low speeds. This Rigel Systems nFOCUS Controller & 12V DC Focuser Motor Kit comes standard with 3 AA batteries to power this controller. Two thumb screws fitted on the focuser can be loosened to easily detach the gears, allowing for manual control of the focusing knobs if desired.
