Starizona HyperStar 4 for Celestron C11 SCT & EdgeHD OTAs

This HyperStar 4 replaces the secondary mirror of any Fastar-compatible C11 SCT and EdgeHD OTAs and transforms it from a f/10 planetary scope into a f/1.9 imaging powerhouse, roughly 25x faster! Featuring a coma-free field over 3.45° wide, you'll be able to capture the cosmos like never before. This V4 version of the HyperStar C11 by Starizona was designed for Celestron 11" Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes. This version now includes an EdgeHD adapter ring, allowing compatibility with both standard and EdgeHD optical tubes. This system enables tremendously fast, wide field CCD imaging. HyperStar can be used with cameras including a Canon DLSR, SBIG ST-series, Orion, and Starlight Xpress, as well as the popular StellaCam video system from Astrovid. Turn your telescope into a f/1.9 imaging system by replacing the secondary mirror on a Fastar compatible Celestron 11 inch SCT with the HyperStar Lens System.

Compatible with EdgeHD and Non-EdgeHD Telescopes
Whether you have an EdgeHD optical tube or not, you’ll order the same HyperStar. HyperStar’s with EdgeHD variants now include an EdgeHD Adapter Ring to work with Regular Non-EdgeHD and EdgeHD optical tubes. No more picking between Standard or HD HyperStars.

Now Includes a Standard Camera Adapter
All HyperStars now include a standard camera adapter featuring an M42 threaded top and is pre-set for cameras with 17.5 mm of backfocus and accepts 2" mounted M48 Filters. Specialty camera adapters and modular filter sliders are sold separately. The Standard Camera Adapter accepts a single 2” mounted M48 filter and works with cameras that have M42 threads and 17.5mm backfocus.
