William Optics ZenithStar 61 mm APO Refractor - Gold
The ZenithStar 61 uses FPL-53 glass to produce clear, sharp images for visual work, astrophotography or wildlife photography when working in conjunction with any DSLR. The FPL-53 glass features a partial dispersion that is so close to pure fluorite, which has the highest partial dispersion of any material at around 95 V, that it has been referred to as synthetic fluorite.
The William Optics ZenithStar 61 produces excellent optical performance in an extremely portable package. The portability of the ZenithStar 61 APO telescope makes it a must have astrophotography tool to take on the go.
This William Optics 61mm Zenithstar Refractor comes with two fantastic accessories! When you purchase this OTA, you also get the William Optics Cat Series handle bar, a Bahtinov mask and a 210mm dovetail plate, each anodized to match the gold color accents on the telescope.
About the Z61 Cat Series Handle Bar
When paired with the included Z61 mounting rings, this Vixen style handle bar is a great way to carry your light weight refractor around. It also accepts Vixen style dovetails for guide scopes and guide rings. William Optics 50mm guiding ring and the WO 50mm Uniguide guide scope (both not included) are compatible with the handle.
About the 210 mm Dovetail Plate
The William Optics DSD 210mm (8.27") dovetail plate has both a Vixen and Arca Swiss size at each end of the plate. The plate has two 1/4-20 threaded holes. The dovetail plate is the perfect accessory to help you mount your Z61 telescope for imaging sessions and visual observations.

William Optics Adjustable Flat61 for Z61
If you'd like to flatten the field when doing photography through the Z61, this field flattener, made specifically for the ZenithStar 61, will do the trick. It produces an image circle of 43 mm and presents M48 threads on the camera side. You provide the appropriate T-ring or adapter to mount your camera or DSLR.

William Optics Slide-Base 32mm UniGuide Scope - Go...
The William Optics UniGuide Scope has an aperture of 32 mm and will match your Gold ZenithStar 61 perfectly. The back of the guide scope has M42 threads, perfect for 1.25” guide cameras from ZWO or QHY. Simply slide the base of the UniGuide onto the saddle/handle of the Z61.

William Optics Red Dot Finder Kit with Synta Style...
Make locating objects easier by mounting this sturdy red dot finder to the Z61. Because the William Optics RDF offers a choice of reticles, you can match them to the type of object you're viewing and then adjust the brightness to allow you to easily center the object in the finder’s reticle.

William Optics Dura Bright 2" Carbon Dielectric Di...
The Z61 is great for imaging, but it also makes a wonderful grab-and-go telescope for visual use! To use the scope visually, you’ll need a diagonal. You could go with a 1.25” model, but we are suggesting this 2” carbon fiber diagonal for its flexibility and quality. You can use standard 1.25” eyepieces, or take advantage of more light throughput with low power 2” models.

Tele Vue 3 to 6mm Nagler 1.25" Zoom Eyepiece
The Tele Vue 3-6 zoom eyepiece is so versatile! For the Z61 refractor, it will provide anywhere from 60X to 120X magnification. Simply twist the black barrel to zoom in and out until the object you are viewing is as close as you like while still remaining sharp to your eye. If you add a 2X Barlow, this zoom eyepiece will produce magnifications of 120X - 240X.

Apertura 2x ED Barlow Lens - 2"
A 2X Barlow is one of the most popular telescope accessories available because it doubles the magnification of any eyepiece! Since this is a 2” 2X Barlow with a 1.25” adapter, it will work great with both 1.25” and 2” eyepieces, but does need a 2” diagonal or focuser to accommodate it’s larger 2” insert barrel. Grow your magnification choices quickly by adding a good 2X Barlow to your accessory case.

Apertura M48 Canon EOS T-Ring
Attach your Canon EOS DSLR to the Z61 or optional field flattener or reducer/flattener with this M48 T-ring. Other M48 T rings are also available.

Apertura Nikon F Ultimate T-Ring
Attach your Nikon DSLR to the Z61 or optional flattener with this M48 T-ring.
