Built-In Off Axis Aperture Mask
This 12" Newtonian Dust Cover includes two off axis aperture mask ports, which are incredibly helpful for viewing bright objects at night, such as our Moon during its full and gibbous phases. By removing the cap on one of the two off axis aperture mask ports, you reduce the overall aperture of the telescope. This makes the object appear sharper, slightly dimmer, and significantly more comfortable to view.
