Premium Optical Design For Superb Results
As a triplet refractor, three internal lens elements work together to effectively eliminate chromatic aberration. One of these lenses is made of extra-low dispersion (ED) glass, a premium substrate designed to deliver incredible color accuracy and high contrast detail. Enhancing optical performance, a three element field flattener comes preinstalled on the rear of your Askar FMA135. This field flattener corrects for field curvature, an optical aberration that results in unfocused, elongated stars, particularly around the edges of the frame. Thanks to the ingenuity from Askar, tack-sharp stars can be expected across the entire field of view! APS-C sized sensors are fully supported, providing seamless compatibility with a host of cameras.
