It will also work with the Celestron 7-inch Maksutov-Cassegrain OTA. Featuring dense internal padding to safely house the tube assembly, and multiple zippers for easy access, this soft case is a great solution to store and carry your telescope. This padded soft case not only minimizes the risk of damaging your gear, but also allows you to carry everything in one unit with the built-in accessory pouch. Crafted with Ultra-durable Materials
This case features internal polyester walls are lined with 16 mm-thick (0.63-inch) expanded polyethylene (EPE) foam to provide in-transit protection for optical tube. Internal straps provide further security. The outer shell is made of 900D (denier) polyester for weather resistance and features an embroidered Celestron logo. To compliment the external handles, a detachable shoulder strap is included for over-the-shoulder or hand grip portability. An external, hidden, zippered pocket with cinching straps allows for convenient accessory storage.
Telescope Compatibility
This case measures 23” x 13” x 13” on the outside, with interior dimensions of 22” x 12.25” x 12.25”. This case is compatible with most 9.25-inch optical tubes under 23-inch in length, including Celestron 9.25-inch EdgeHDs and Celestron 9.25-icnh Schmidt-Cassegrain's. It is also compatible with the Celestron 7-inch Maksutov-Cassegrain OTA. For all other telescope models, we recommend doing your own measurements to ensure the correct fit.
