Celestron Ultima Edge 10mm Eyepiece - 1.25"

With this 10 mm Ultima Edge Flat-Field Eyepiece from Celestron, you'll get the full picture with ultra-sharp, clear, and crisp images over the entire view field all the way to the edge! The optics of the Ultima Edge eyepiece is fully multi-coated and utilizes a 5-element lens design, ultimately maximizing the light transmission.

The Ultima Edge 10 mm eyepiece comes with a generous 60° field of view. This field of view is great for viewing planets, stars, and the Moon's surface. The 10 mm eyepiece is a high magnification eyepiece, so you can get up close to those smaller objects.

Body

Celestron's eyepiece body design is machined from high grade aluminum with a black anodized surface. The barrel measures 1.25", also compatible with 1.25" filter and adapter threads. Additionally, it is compatible with 1.25" star diagonals and focusers.

On the outside of the body, there is a unique molded rubber grip for non-slip during handling. This grip works great, even with gloves on!

Viewing through the Celestron Ultima Edge eyepiece is comfortable and easy for those you do and do not wear eye glasses. The included fold-down rubber eyecups contribute to this fact, as does the long eye relief.

Convenient Parfocal Design

With this eyepiece's parfocal design, you can spend more time observing and less time focusing! Thanks to the parfocal design, you can change between the Ultima Edge eyepieces, excluding the 24 mm version, without refocusing them! That means you can switch easily between high and low power views, getting the most out of your observations.
