The Lunt Solar Flat Field 12 mm Eyepiece is a great little eyepiece for viewing the finest details on the Sun, with good seeing conditions. Center the area you wish to view in your Lunt Solar telescope with a lower power eyepiece, then install the Lunt 12 mm Flat-Field Eyepiece to get the view you want. The eye relief provided is a comfortable 11 mm. The Lunt 12 mm Flat Field eyepiece can also be used with non-solar telescopes for nighttime astronomy! Each Lunt flat-field 1.25" eyepiece is coated with the same 0.1% anti-reflective coatings as their etalons!
