The Lunt Solar Flat Field 16 mm Eyepiece is a great eyepiece for viewing medium-sized details on the Sun, with moderate-to-good seeing conditions. Center the area you wish to view in your Lunt Solar telescope with a lower power eyepiece, then install the Lunt 16 mm Flat-Field Eyepiece to get the view you want. The eye relief provided is a comfortable 15 mm. The Lunt 16 mm Flat Field eyepiece can also be used with non-solar telescopes for nighttime astronomy! Each Lunt flat-field 1.25" eyepiece is coated with the same 0.1% anti-reflective coatings as their etalons!
