The Nikon ProStaff 5 16-48x60 mm Straight Body Spotting Scope brings you clear, variable magnification views in a lightweight package. With the variable zoom eyepiece included with this spotting scope, you'll be able to realize 16-48 times magnification through the fully-multicoated 60 mm optic. This lens gives you a good balance of overall-footprint to image-brightness, and provides a "bright, high contrast image with true color rendition". This optics feature a Porro prism for an ergonomic form factor. The inside of this spotting scope features surface texturing that is designed to minimize light loss. Finally, to help you conquer the elements Nikon has included a sliding Sun-shade that combats glare and Nitrogen-purging & O-ring seals to keep moisture out of the optics and off the surface of the lens!
