About the Optics!
Starting at a 72° AFOV allows the freedom to increase eye-relief while controlling pupil aberrations. The Delos design achieves color neutrality, virtually perfect distortion mapping, and full-field sharpness. Using glass-matched multi-coatings and anti-reflection surfaces throughout, image integrity is maximized with the Delos series eyepiece. Since the eyepiece lens measures a large diameter of 35 mm, stray light is prevented from entering your eye! This high-powered 6 mm focal length is ideal for detailed views of the lunar surface, Jupiter, Saturn, and Mars. You will want to avoid large nebulous structures or giant star clusters, or you would be limited to seeing only fragments of the larger object.
