The ZWO EAF Bracket for Celestron C8 and C9.25 lets you attach the ZWO Electronic Automatic Focuser (EAF) to your Celestron 8-inch or 9.25-inch SCT, EdgeHD, or 8-inch RASA OTA. Add it to your setup today and enjoy steady, accurate focusing with modern automation.
With this EAF bracket and coupling set from ZWO, you'll be able to connect the ZWO EAF or EAF Pro electronic focuser, directly to your Celestron C8 and C9.25 SCT, EdgeHD, or RASA 8 OTA. This custom cut bracket is crafted from lightweight aircraft grade aluminum which is resistant to water and high temperatures. By installing this bracket you'll be able to completely bypass the Celestron FeatherTouch focuser, allowing you to automate your focusing with the powerful ZWO EAF (sold separately). Using an EAF or EAF Pro will not only allow you to dial in your initial focus, but you'll also be able to maintain a sharp focus through your entire session. The included flexible couplers allow you to use a variety ZWO EAFs, with the 5 mm coupler fitting the EAF-5V model and the 4 mm couple fitting the EAFN and EAF Pro models.

Designed Specifically For Celestron 8" and 9.25" OTAs
ZWO has CNC machined the EAF Bracket kit from aircraft grade aluminum block. This means that not only is the metal high quality, but you can also be rest assured that it will securely hold your EAF when correctly installed. This coupling and bracket are made to connect the ZWO EAF, electronic focuser, directly to the Celestron C8 and C925 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes. Using this bracket allows you to bypass the FeatherTouch focuser completely. This model will come with flexible couplers for EAFs with a 5 mm output shaft (EAF-5V) and 4 mm output shaft (EAFN and EAF Pro).
Please note: this ZWO EAF bracket is only compatible with newer Celestron SCT models produced in the mid 2000s or later. If you are unsure if your model is compatible with this bracket, please reach out to ZWO for further confirmation.
